We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technology roles, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various domains, including Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, DevOps, AI/ML, and Infrastructure.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, networking, and talent databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and technical screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of recruitment.
Technical Recruitment
- Recruit for positions such as:
- Software Engineers
- Full Stack Developers
- Frontend & Backend Developers
- DevOps Engineers
- Cloud Engineers
- Data Engineers
- Data Scientists
- AI/ML Engineers
- QA/Test Engineers
- Cybersecurity Specialists
- System Administrators
- Technical Architects
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Understand technical terminology, programming languages, frameworks, databases, and cloud technologies.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to define hiring strategies.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring metrics.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, IT Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring for software development and technology roles.
- Experience in domestic and/or international recruitment is preferred.
Required SkillsRecruitment Skills
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and other job portals.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
Technical Knowledge
Understanding of:
- Programming Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, Go
- Frontend Technologies: React, Angular, Vue.js
- Backend Technologies: Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, .NET Core

- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- DevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform

- Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,351.23 - ₹30,957.30 per month
