In this role, you will lead a team of engineers in designing, building, and deploying scalable and robust software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.Responsibilities: •Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. •Architecture and Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable software architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives. •Development and Deployment: Drive the development and deployment of software solutions, ensuring code quality, performance, and security. •Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions. •Project Management: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. •Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, providing opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement. Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles. •Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire other engineers. •Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. •Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of tackling complex technical challenges. Good to have Knowledge of cloud native technologies Certification/Experience in AWS/Azure resources Educational Qualifications B.E / B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech / M.S. in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent degree.
