Job description

Job Title: Full Stack Java Trainer

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to aspiring developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, as well as expertise in front-end technologies. You will be responsible for creating and delivering course content, mentoring students, and ensuring they gain the skills necessary to succeed in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs covering full stack Java development, including Java, Spring Boot, Restful services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
Create engaging course materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
Delivery of Training:
Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and workshops for students with varying levels of experience.
Provide practical demonstrations and real-world examples to enhance learning.
Student Mentorship:
Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to students, helping them with projects and career advice.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Curriculum Updates:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the curriculum relevant.
Continuously improve training materials based on student feedback and technological advancements.
Collaboration:
Work with the training and development team to align training offerings with organizational goals.
Collaborate with industry professionals to integrate real-world scenarios into the training.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate
Proven experience as a Full Stack Java Developer with expertise in both back-end and front-end technologies.
Strong knowledge of Java, spring, Hibernate, Restful services, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React).
Previous experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills..

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
