About the Role
We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Architect with 11–20 years of software
development and architecture experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of
scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the
Microsoft technology stack, hands-on architecture experience, and proven team handling
and technical leadership capabilities.
The candidate will work closely with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business teams
to define technical solutions, establish development best practices, and drive successful
delivery of complex software projects.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the technical architecture with team handling experience for
scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET applications.
Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using C#, .NET
Core/.NET 6+ and ASP.NET Core.
Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction, code reviews,
and architectural guidance.
Manage technical deliverables, task allocation, technical risks, and dependencies
within the team.
Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and
enterprise applications.
Define coding standards, design principles, architecture guidelines, and development
best practices.
Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, maintainability,
and security.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and other
stakeholders.
Identify technical challenges and provide effective solutions for complex problems.
Drive modernization, performance optimization, refactoring, and migration initiatives.
Provide technical estimates and contribute to project planning and resource planning.
Support CI/CD, cloud adoption, containerization, and DevOps initiatives.
Ensure applications follow security, reliability, performance, and compliance
standards.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend suitable technology
adoption.
Mandatory Technical Skills
11–20 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in
Microsoft .NET technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Web API and REST services.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles,
Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture.
Experience designing microservices and distributed applications.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, indexing,
and query optimization.
Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
Good understanding of authentication and authorization, preferably OAuth 2.0,
OpenID Connect and JWT.
Experience with Azure/AWS or other cloud platforms.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Good understanding of Git and modern software development practices.
Experience with application performance, scalability, logging, monitoring, and
troubleshooting.

Ability to lead teams of developers and provide technical ownership.
Experience conducting technical interviews and evaluating engineering talent.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to resolve technical conflicts and drive consensus on architecture decisions.
Experience in sprint planning, technical task allocation, estimation, and delivery
tracking.
Ability to build a strong engineering culture focused on quality, innovation, and
continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure services, Azure Functions, App Services, AKS, Service
Bus, or similar cloud technologies.
Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, or other distributed
technologies.
Experience with React, Angular, or other modern frontend technologies.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing.
Experience with system integration and third-party APIs.
Understanding of application security and secure coding practices.
Exposure to AI/GenAI integration within enterprise applications is an added
advantage.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related discipline.
