About the Role:
Kombee Technologies is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor with strong hands-on expertise in graphic design, video editing, digital creative production, branding, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

You will be responsible for taking creative requirements from concept to final execution across social media creatives, videos, presentations, marketing collateral, branding assets, and AI-generated content.

This role requires strong creative ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple creative deliverables while maintaining a consistent and professional brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality social media creatives, carousels, banners, infographics, advertisements, and campaign assets.
Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos, including reels, promotional videos, explainers, and marketing content.
Create creative assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Develop presentations, sales collateral, case-study visuals, and other branded business communication materials.
Translate marketing briefs and business requirements into engaging and visually compelling designs.
Handle video cuts, pacing, subtitles, typography, transitions, B-roll, music, sound, colour correction, and basic motion graphics.
Maintain consistency across branding, typography, colours, layouts, and overall visual language.
Use AI tools for image generation, video generation, creative ideation, editing, voice/audio, and rapid experimentation.
Build reusable design templates and creative systems to improve consistency and turnaround time.
Work closely with Marketing, Content, Sales, and other internal teams to understand requirements and deliver creative assets within timelines.
Independently manage creative projects from brief → concept → execution → final delivery.
Review and refine creative outputs based on feedback while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong working knowledge of Canva.
Strong expertise in both Graphic Design and Video Editing.
Strong understanding of:
Typography
Colour theory
Composition
Layout
Visual hierarchy
Branding
Experience creating social media and digital marketing content for brands/businesses.
Experience with AI-powered creative tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or equivalent.
Exposure to AI video-generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Seedance, Pika, Luma, or similar platforms.
Exposure to AI voice/audio tools such as ElevenLabs and similar platforms.
Understanding of image prompting, reference-based generation, style consistency, and image-to-video workflows.
Working knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Google Slides for professional presentation design.
Ability to learn and adopt new creative and AI tools quickly.
After Effects proficiency will be an added advantage.

Strong understanding of social media content requirements and digital trends.
Practical approach to using AI tools to improve creative quality and turnaround time.

Experience & Qualifications

4–6 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, Digital Creative Production, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
Strong professional experience and portfolio quality will be given significant consideration.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
