Position: Executive Assistant (Trainee)

Training Allowance: Up to ₹15,000 per month (Compensation will be reviewed every 6 months from the Date of Joining (DOJ) for the first 2 years, with performance-based increments subject to the company's appraisal process)
Location: Chandigarh (On-site, 6 days a week)

Job Description: We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, Felic Media Co. by Felic Group, for the role of Executive Assistant (Trainee) to the Director. In this role, you will work closely with the Director, ensuring departmental efficiency and results are aligned with defined KPIs and SOPs, while assisting in the planning of departmental strategies and monitoring progress.
As an Executive Assistant (Trainee) to the Director, you will act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for management, stepping into a transitional or acting leadership capacity when required. You will play a key role in enhancing efficiency and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations, including creating and refining SOPs as needed.
Your responsibilities will include managing delegated tasks, and utilizing your strong performance and operational management skills. Your ability to think critically and demonstrate leadership qualities will be vital in overcoming challenges and driving success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
- Ensure departmental efficiency and results are delivered as per defined KPIs and SOPs; create and update SOPs where needed.
- Act as SPOC for management, taking on transitional or acting leadership responsibilities as required.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor attainment of objectives.
- Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed.
- Create reports and submit them to the Director or other executives.
- Fulfill duties as assigned by the Director.
- Learn and implement modern AI, task management, performance management, and project management tools to drive productivity and streamline efficiency, providing regular results and reports.
- Utilize Google Calendar to efficiently arrange meetings and promptly distribute reminders to attendees.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with both internal team members and external clients to confirm that tasks are advancing according to schedule.
- Manage and arrange meetings while ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts.
- You are required to undertake an additional task that falls within your area of expertise.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication and public speaking skills
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Recent graduates are eligible to apply.
- Previous involvement in leading or coordinating group projects during academic pursuits is advantageous.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities or clubs during college/university is beneficial. Additionally, completed internships in administration, management, or related fields are advantageous.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
