College Graduate or undergraduate, from collection background should have minimum of 1 year experience and Non- Collection background should have minimum of 2 year experience
Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
Knowledge of basic computer operation
Making out-bound calls as per the process requirements and hitting the specified number of right party contacts on daily basis
Good listening and responding skills
Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
Should be target oriented and have great interpersonal skills
Should not be pursuing any regular course/Educational program which may conflict with the work timing
Knowledge of any regional language would be an added advantage
