Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate digital marketing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, designers, content writers, SEO specialists, developers, and marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously. and act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Develop project plans, timelines, and task schedules.
Assign tasks and monitor progress using project management tools.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, status updates, and client calls.
Ensure timely delivery of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Website Development projects.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports.
Identify project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate with designers, developers, content writers, and marketing specialists to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and implemented.
Support project managers in planning, execution, and reporting activities.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, BBA, Communications, or a related field and minimum 1 years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing, or client servicing.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency is an advantage.
