Roles & Responsibilities:

4+ years of experience is a must as a core Business Analyst in an IT firm.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business goals, objectives, and requirements
Experience in presales activities
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Should have hands-on experience with various wireframe tools.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, resolve conflicts, and gain consensus among stakeholders.
Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs and technical feasibility.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to validate that solutions meet business requirements and deliver the intended value.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts, sharing best practices and assisting in their professional growth.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and IT project management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
The candidate should have worked on projects involving the implementation of the e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry, with a focus on gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating them into technical specifications.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in business process modelling, requirements management tools, and project management software.
