Position: Career Counselor – College Integration

Location: Chembur
Mode: In-person
Schedule: Full-time (8.5 hours) / Part-time Internship (6 hours)
Eligibility: Marketing Graduates (Batch 2024) or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience

Role Overview

This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with our admissions and outreach teams. You will interact with students and parents, understand their academic goals, and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telephonic and in-person interactions with students and parents.
Understand student goals and guide them toward suitable programs.
Support the admissions team in converting inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain and update records in the CRM.
Participate in school/college outreach, events, and workshops.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

Marketing graduates (Batch 2024) or candidates with 1–2 years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic, confident, and willing to learn.
Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting targets.
Ability to handle student/parent queries patiently.
Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
