Position: Career Counselor – College Integration

Eligibility: Marketing Graduates (Batch 2024) or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience

Role Overview
This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with our admissions and outreach teams. You will interact with students and parents, understand their academic goals, and support them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic and in-person interactions with students and parents.
- Understand student goals and guide them toward suitable programs.
- Support the admissions team in converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain and update records in the CRM.
- Participate in school/college outreach, events, and workshops.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
- Marketing graduates (Batch 2024) or candidates with 1–2 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, confident, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting targets.
- Ability to handle student/parent queries patiently.
- Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
