Job Description: Field Sales Executive Company Overview

Manappuram Riti Jewellery is a trusted name in the retail jewellery sector, known for its exquisite designs, purity, and customer-centric approach. As part of our expansion, we are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and high-energy Field Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Role Summary

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of Manappuram Riti Jewellery in the market. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, meet potential retail clients or business partners, present our jewellery offerings/investment schemes, and drive sales outside the traditional showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Prospecting: Identify and meet prospective customers, corporate clients, and community groups to promote retail jewellery sales and gold investment schemes.
Lead Generation: Actively hunt for new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential buyers through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
Product Presentation: Effectively explain product features, designs, purity standards, pricing, and ongoing promotional offers to clients.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Market Feedback: Keep track of local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to report back to the branch manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, direct marketing, or business development. Experience in retail, luxury goods, BFSI (Banking/Insurance), or the jewellery industry is a major plus. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.
Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive negotiation skills and a strong drive to close deals.
Language: Fluency in the local regional language is mandatory; basic knowledge of English or Hindi is an advantage.
Assets: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for daily field travel.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and skills).
Incentives: Highly lucrative, performance-based monthly incentives (Uncapped earning potential).
Allowances: Travel/Fuel allowance and mobile expenses will be covered as per company policy.
