Key Responsibilities

Executive & Calendar Management

Manage and maintain the Partner's daily calendar.
Schedule meetings, appointments, court dates, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prioritize the Partner’s commitments and deadlines.
Prepare daily schedules, reminders, and meeting agendas.

Communication Management

Draft, proofread, and dispatch professional emails, letters, notices, and legal correspondence.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and messages.
Liaise professionally with clients, court officials, vendors, and stakeholders.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive communications and information.

Documentation & Typing

Accurately type and format legal documents, reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, and official correspondence.
Maintain typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Prepare documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Administrative Support

Manage office supplies, stationery, and coordination with vendors.
Coordinate travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and logistics.
Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and maintain task records.
Assist in organizing meetings, seminars, and official events.

Client & Visitor Management

Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally.
Manage reception-related activities when required.
Maintain client databases and communication records.

Research & Reporting

Conduct internet research and compile reports as required.
Assist with billing support, invoice tracking, and expense reporting.
Provide additional administrative support assigned by management.

Required QualificationsEducation

Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com., BBA, or equivalent).
Diploma or certification in Secretarial Practice or Office Administration is preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
Experience in a law firm, corporate office, consulting, or professional services environment is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and relevant training may also apply.

Required Skills:

Communication Skills

Excellent written and spoken English.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good typing speed (minimum 40 WPM preferred).
Familiarity with email management, Google Workspace, and internet research.
Experience with document management systems is an advantage.
