Position Overview:

BootSelf AI is looking for highly motivated Social Media Executive Interns - Content Creators. no of vacancy 10 to join our growing marketing team. As an intern, you will play an integral role in creating engaging content that builds brand awareness and drives community engagement. The role requires you to create 3-5 pieces of video and image content per day for different social media profiles, ensuring that BootSelf AI maintains a consistent and dynamic online presence.

You will work closely with the marketing team to experiment with content formats, stay on top of trends, and contribute ideas that help make our brand go viral. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in social media marketing, content creation, and AI-driven technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Content Creation:
Create 3-5 pieces of engaging video and image content every day for different social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Content will focus on promoting BootSelf AI and its features, as well as educational content related to coding and AI.
Video Creation & Editing:
Produce high-quality videos for various platforms, with a focus on catchy, shareable content. Videos should be created with a “hook” to capture attention in the first few seconds and have viral potential.
Image Content & Graphics:
Design eye-catching graphics and images that resonate with our target audience of developers and tech enthusiasts. Use tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or others to create visually appealing content.
Trend Monitoring & Adaptation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media and adapt content strategies accordingly. Participate in viral challenges, incorporate trending music, and create content that taps into popular formats.
Community Engagement:
Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and participating in conversations. Cultivate a sense of community and help build a positive brand image.
Content Performance Tracking:
Monitor the performance of the content you create (likes, shares, comments, views) and share insights with the team. Suggest improvements to optimize content for better reach and engagement.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all content aligns with BootSelf AI’s brand voice, messaging, and aesthetic. Help in maintaining a consistent presence across all platforms.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies. Assist with campaigns, product launches, and special initiatives as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
No prior professional experience required, but some familiarity with social media content creation or digital marketing is a plus.
Video & Image Creation:
Proficient in creating videos and graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, TikTok Editor, or similar platforms. Ability to edit video and design image content efficiently is essential.
Creativity & Trendspotting:
A strong creative eye and ability to recognize and use emerging social media trends to create viral content.
Tech-Savvy & Passion for AI:
Interest in AI, technology, and coding. Familiarity with AI tools, coding platforms, or tech education content is an advantage.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable crafting captions, responding to comments, and engaging with an online community.
Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple content creation tasks daily and meet deadlines consistently.
Social Media Understanding:
Understanding of best practices for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Knowing what kind of content performs well on each platform is key.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience creating content for TikTok and other short-form video platforms.
Basic knowledge of SEO for social media.
Knowledge of AI tools for video editing or content optimization.
An interest or background in coding or technology is a plus.

Post your videos/images on your social media profiles (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Use your creativity to ensure it is optimized for each platform and likely to go viral.
Submit Your Application:
After publishing your content, submit the following:
A link to the video/image content you created.
A brief description of your content strategy and why you think it will engage the target audience.
