Role Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to support the execution and day-to-day management of paid marketing

campaigns across Meta and Google.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to build a career in D2C growth and performance

marketing. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing team to launch campaigns, upload and manage ads, monitor

spends and performance, maintain reporting dashboards, and support ongoing campaign optimisation.

The role requires someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and execution

capabilities.

This role reports to the Team Lead – Performance Marketing and collaborates closely with content, creative, and website teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Management

● Execute and manage campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.

● Upload ads, audiences, creatives, and campaign structures accurately.

● Monitor campaign spends, pacing, delivery, and overall account hygiene.

● Ensure campaigns go live smoothly and are tracked correctly.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

● Track campaign performance across key metrics like ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, CPC, and MER.

● Build and maintain daily/weekly reports using Excel or Google Sheets.

● Support analysis of campaign, creative, and audience performance.

● Identify trends, anomalies, and optimisation opportunities from data.

Creative & Funnel Coordination

● Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad requirements and asset management.

● Work with the website and D2C teams to support campaign execution and funnel optimisation.

● Track performance of creatives and help identify winning hooks and formats.

Growth & Optimisation Support

● Support audience testing, creative testing, and campaign experimentation.

● Stay updated on platform trends, ad formats, and D2C growth best practices.

● Contribute ideas and insights to improve campaign efficiency and performance

Who Are We Looking For?

A highly execution-focused and analytical individual who is excited about D2C growth and performance marketing. Someone who

enjoys working with data, campaigns, and problem-solving in a fast-moving environment. You should bring:

● 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing.

● Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.

● Strong analytical and reporting skills.

● Good understanding of metrics like ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, CPC, and MER.

● Experience working with D2C or eCommerce brands preferred.

● Comfortable working with Excel for reporting and analysis is a MUST.

● High ownership mindset.

● High attention to detail and strong execution capabilities.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
