Full job description

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior MERN Stack Developer to lead the development of scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full-stack development, system architecture, project planning, deployment strategies, cloud infrastructure, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications using MERN Stack.
Architect and implement robust RESTful APIs and backend services.
Lead frontend development using React.js, ensuring responsive and user-friendly UI/UX.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, security, and performance.
Handle complex database design, optimization, and data integrity using MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, project managers, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, sprint planning, task estimation, and technical decision-making.
Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend systems.
Manage application deployment, server configurations, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS, and deployment environments.
Ensure application security, monitoring, scalability, and production stability.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in JavaScript, React ecosystem, Node.js, and cloud technologies.

Requirements:

✅ 5–7 years of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
✅ Strong expertise in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, Redux, and component lifecycle.
✅ Extensive experience in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
✅ Strong understanding of MongoDB, database schema design, aggregation, and optimization.
✅ Experience in building scalable REST APIs and third-party integrations.
✅ Good understanding of authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, RBAC).
✅ Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ES6+ features.
✅ Strong experience with AWS cloud services and deployment processes.
✅ Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and server management.
✅ Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills.
✅ Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
✅ Ability to handle project ownership from development to deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, and Microservices Architecture.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and performance optimization techniques.
Exposure to DevOps practices and containerized deployments.
Experience in project leadership, team mentoring, and technical architecture planning.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Nginx, PM2, or load balancing concepts is a plus.
