To be a successful Engineering Lead you should have experience with:
- Generate detailed test reports and dashboards using Apache POI, Karate, and HTML reporting utilities
- Establish quality metrics and KPIs to measure test coverage, defect trends, and release readiness
- Collaborate with Principal Engineers, Tech Leads, and Product teams to align quality objectives with business goals
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks
- Define and implement comprehensive E2E testing strategies for the Channels Platform, covering API, UI, integration, and performance testing
- Strong hands-on experience with Java-based automation frameworks and scripting
- Proven expertise in UI automation using Playwright, Selenium, or similar libraries
Additional relevant skills given below are highly valued:
- Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS Knowledge of security testing principles and tools (OWASP, Burp Suite)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience working in financial services or highly regulated environments
