Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Cloud Security Engineer AWS/Azure In this role you will be responsible for managing monitoring and enhancing cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS and Azure platforms. You will ensure the availability reliability and performance of cloud environments while working closely with development security and operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cloud architecture infrastructure automation and operational best practices. Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to cloud-based security incidents and vulnerabilities in AWS and Azure environments. - Implement best practices for cloud security. - Manage cloud-native security services (e.g. - AWS Security Hub Guard Duty). - Respond to and troubleshoot cloud Security issues in a timely manner. - Ensure compliance with standards such as NIST CIS etc. - Manage Web Application Firewalls (WAF) like AWS WAF Imperva - Define WAF rules and policies to protect against common threats (e.g. - OWASP Top 10 SQ Li XSS). - Manage and monitor cloud IAM roles policies and permission boundaries. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security. - Implement and maintain security controls and policies to protect cloud assets. - Collaborate with development Ops and other cross-functional teams to support cloud security initiatives. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
