US Finance/Accounts manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented US Finance Accounts Person to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all Financial statement analysis, Budgetary control, Cash flow management, Accounts receivables and payables.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Should manage daily financial analysis and operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general Ledger activities.

Should prepare financial statements analysis in compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Should conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis.

Should oversee Budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Should ensure effective Cash flow management.

Should perform detailed reconciliations of financial accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Should ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.

Should collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial initiatives.

Should provide support during financial audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.

Should maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for efficiency and accuracy.
Skill competencies:
-
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with CPA /CMA /CFA/CFM is required.

6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is often required. Prior roles like Financial Analyst, Accountant, or Assistant Finance Manager, preferably in US Based MNCs. At least 2-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, handling teams and overseeing financial/accounting functions, is typically expected.

Proficient in accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle and MS Excel would be preferable.

Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
