About the Role
You will own user acquisition and subscription revenue. Your job is simple to state and hard to execute: get more users to discover InvPrp and convert them into paying subscribers.
This is a 3-month contract role with conversion to full-time upon hitting mutually agreed revenue and MAU targets. You will report directly to the founder.
You will design and run both organic (zero ad spend) and inorganic (paid) campaigns. You will track every rupee spent and every dollar earned. Responsibilities: Organic Growth (Zero Budget)
- Grow our Instagram (@invprp) and YouTube with content that job seekers actually watch and share
- Optimize our 6 free SEO tools for Google ranking and backlink building
- Build and engage communities (Reddit, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn groups) where job seekers hang out
- Run referral and word-of-mouth campaigns using our in-app coin rewards system
- Write guest posts, get featured in career blogs, and pursue podcast appearances
Paid Growth (Controlled Budget)
- Plan and execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with strict ROAS targets
- Design UGC-style ad creatives (screen recordings, before/after stories, "day in the life of a job seeker")
- A/B test ad copy, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Manage micro-influencer partnerships in the career/education niche
Conversion & Retention
- Optimize App Store and Play Store listings (screenshots, description, keywords, reviews)
- Design push notification and email campaigns to re-engage dormant users
- Run pricing experiments, limited-time offers, and seasonal campaigns to boost conversion
- Reduce churn by identifying drop-off points and testing fixes
Analytics & Reporting
- Track CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, trial-to-paid rate, and retention cohorts
- Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and what you're testing next
- Use data to kill underperforming campaigns fast and scale winners
Compensation Component Details Base Salary ₹5,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience) Commission: 5% – 10% of every subscription sale you generate (tracked via UTM/attribution codes) Performance Bonus: Additional bonus tied to monthly active user (MAU) growth and revenue targets
Example: If you drive 20 new yearly subscriptions ($299.99) in a month, your commission is ~$300 – $600 (₹25,000 – ₹50,000) on top of your base. Top performers can earn ₹50,000+/month total.
This position is a performance-heavy role. If you want a fixed high salary with no skin in the game, this position is not for you. If you want uncapped earning potential and direct ownership of growth, apply.
Who We Are Looking For (Must-Have)
- 1+ year hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or sales for a B2C app/website
- Proof of running at least one paid campaign (Meta or Google) with measurable results you can share
- Comfortable with analytics — you know what CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rate mean and how to improve them
- Self-starter who can work remotely without daily hand-holding
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with EdTech, career coaching, or test-prep products
- Created content that went viral or built a community from zero
- Basic Canva / CapCut skills for quick creative production
- Familiarity with Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics 4, or similar tools
- Understanding of the US/international job market (since our pricing is USD-denominated)
