Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role

Amypo Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee training, technology, and client-based projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact between clients, colleges, trainers, internal teams, and management to ensure successful project execution and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects as per defined timelines and objectives.
Coordinate with clients, educational institutions, trainers, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, reports, and compliance requirements.
Identify project risks, challenges, and dependencies and implement corrective actions.
Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor trainer deployment, resource utilization, and project performance metrics.
Collaborate with business development, operations, HR, and technical teams to achieve project goals.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Continuously improve project management processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

Strong project planning and execution skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and reporting systems.
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA or Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

2–8 years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, Program Coordination, or related roles.
Experience in managing training, educational, technology, or service-based projects is preferred.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution skills.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
