POSITION OVERVIEW
The Tele-Marketing Executive is pivotal in driving Healiv's growth through two strategic channels:
Client Acquisition: Convert prospects into paying Aura & Chakra Scanning clients.
Franchise Development: Identify and pitch franchise opportunities to entrepreneurs and corporate groups.
This role requires excellent communication, resilience, and the ability to convey the value of wellness services to diverse audiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Lead Generation & Conversion
Make outbound calls to prospective clients (individuals, corporates, wellness centers, NGOs) to introduce Healiv's Aura & Chakra Scanning services.
Identify client needs and explain how scanning supports emotional balance, health clarity, and wealth-related decision-making.
Book scanning sessions (online or in-center) and send confirmation details (link, date, time, pre-scan instructions).
Follow up with reminders before sessions and reschedule if needed to minimize no-shows.
Franchise Lead Generation & Pitching
Generate franchise enquiries from entrepreneurs, corporate entities, and wellness centers interested in opening a Healiv Holistic Centre.
Deliver compelling franchise pitch highlighting ROI potential, low startup investment, recurring revenue model, and corporate support (training, branding, technology).
Provide franchise brochures, one-pagers, and video demos to interested prospects.
Schedule detailed franchise consultation calls with the Franchise Manager and facilitate introductions.
Objection Handling & Relationship Building
Address common objections professionally ("too spiritual," "not scientific," "expensive") with evidence-based explanations and success stories.
Build rapport and trust with prospects through empathetic listening and product knowledge.
Document all interactions to create a long-term relationship pipeline.
CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer and franchisee lead records in CRM or Excel database.
Track call details, appointment status, follow-up dates, and conversion outcomes.
Segment leads by priority (hot, warm, cold) and category (client vs. franchisee).
Target Achievement & Reporting
Achieve daily call targets (typically 50-100 calls/day based on organization standards).
Convert leads into appointments and confirmed bookings with weekly targets.
Track and report KPIs: call volume, contact rate, appointment booking rate, and conversion rate.
Submit weekly performance reports to Sales Manager with pipeline status and growth opportunities.
Campaign Support & Feedback
Support digital marketing campaigns (social media, YouTube, webinars, local events) by calling interested prospects.
Gather customer and franchisee feedback and share insights with management for service and pitch refinement.
Participate in training updates on new services, franchise offerings, and sales techniques.
Customer Support & Query Resolution
Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages from interested prospects with professionalism.
Provide pricing information, session timings, and booking details promptly.
Escalate complex queries to the Franchise - Client Manager or Wellness Consultant for resolution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years in telemarketing, sales, or business development.
Experience in wellness, health, or service-based industries is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving call targets and conversion goals.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar).
Comfortable with phone systems, video conferencing tools, and email communication.
Basic understanding of Google Meet, Zoom, or similar platforms for online session coordination.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and regional languages (Tamil, Hindi,Telugu, Kannada, etc.).
Active listening and ability to understand client needs quickly.
Persuasion and closing skills without being pushy.
Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and maintaining motivation.
Time management and ability to work independently.
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing client preferences.

Salary Structure:
