Full job description

About the Role:

We are seeking a Videographer & Motion Graphics Designer to join our Marketing COE team in Mumbai. This individual will be responsible for both video production and animation—creating and editing compelling live-action and motion graphics content that supports our social media presence, marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong sense of visual storytelling and the ability to adapt formats for a wide variety of business needs. The Videographer & Motion Graphics Designer will report directly to the COE Marketing Manager in Mumbai, take creative direction from the Senior Graphic Designer, and work closely with both the Mumbai COE team and the U.S. marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute video and animation projects that align with campaign objectives.
Edit video content for a variety of uses, including social media, websites, events, advertising campaigns, and internal presentations.
Design and animate motion graphics packages, including lower thirds, transitions, infographics, and explainer animations.
Collaborate with the creative team to integrate brand visuals, typography, and dynamic design into video projects.
Shoot original video content when needed (interviews, b-roll, event footage) and enhance with graphics and animation.
Source, cut, and assemble footage into cohesive narratives with appropriate pacing, music, and graphics.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across both live-action video and animated content.
Experiment with new techniques in 2D/3D animation, kinetic typography, and interactive media to keep content fresh and engaging.
Manage and organize video assets, project files, and archival footage.
Stay current with trends, techniques, and technologies in video, motion graphics, and digital storytelling.

Shift Timings - 2:00pm to 10.30pm

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Design, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics/animation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience with 2D animation, kinetic typography, and animated explainer videos.
Strong design sensibility and understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory in motion.
Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a plus.
Experience sourcing and editing stock video content.
Knowledge of file formats, resolutions, and sizing requirements for different platforms.
Experience shooting original video content is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a global team environment.
