As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into actionable deliverables. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to support project delivery, leveraging Microsoft SharePoint and Planner for workflow management, documentation, and tracking.
Business Analysis & Requirement Management
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate workflows into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FSDs, process flow diagrams, and data definitions.
- Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Project Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams to support delivery.
- Coordinate UAT activities and contribute to business process improvement.
- Use Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft Planner to manage collaboration, workflows, and project tracking.
Experience
- You have 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft Planner/M365 tools.
- You understand SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- You have experience in UAT coordination and business process improvement.
Technical Expertise
- You are proficient in documentation and requirement analysis.
- You have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- You are skilled in stakeholder management and communication.
- You are able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- You have a strong collaboration mindset with cross‑functional teams.
- You have experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- You are familiar with document management systems (RDMS, archival systems).
- You have knowledge of banking domain processes.
