The B2B Sales Executive at Arohi Global is responsible for converting high-intent business leads into long-term commercial buyers. Unlike traditional cold-canvas roles, you will inherit an active, heavily funded pipeline of leads generated through our corporate marketing ecosystems, including:
- Targeted B2B digital ad campaigns
- National textile expos and virtual fabric launches
- Inbound wholesale catalogs and sample requests via arohiglobal.online
- Organic industry funnels and trade network registrations
Your mandate is singular: Engage, consult, negotiate, and close. You will analyze the unique fabric and volume requirements of garment manufacturers, apparel brands, and major wholesalers, matching them perfectly with our manufacturing capabilities to drive high-value sales.

- Maximize Pipeline Conversion: Transform incoming inquiries and sample requests into active, recurring bulk buyers.
- Accelerate Order Lifecycles: Move prospects rapidly from the initial inquiry phase to fabric sampling, price finalization, and contract closure.
- Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly commercial sales targets.
- Strategic Sync: Act as the direct consultative link between the client's design/procurement teams, our Kolkata corporate office, and our Krishnanagar production plant.
4. Core Responsibilities4.1 Account Acquisition & Conversion
- Connect with inbound business leads who have requested product catalogs, fabric swatches, or price sheets.
- Deeply understand the buyer's specifications (GSM, weave, fabric blend, delivery timelines) and offer precise product solutions.
4.2 Commercial Sales Communication
- Manage client communications flawlessly across phone, virtual meetings, and professional messaging platforms.
- Present clear, compelling corporate pitches highlighting our production scale, price competitiveness, and quality assurance.
4.3 Supply Chain & Factory Liaison
- Coordinate directly with the Krishnanagar factory team to track customized sample production and verify order dispatch schedules.
- Ensure the technical and timeline commitments made during the sales pitch are perfectly executed by production.
4.4 CRM & Pipeline Discipline
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sample updates, and payment terms using our tracking tools.
- Keep a relentless follow-up cadence with pending accounts to maintain high sales velocity.

7.2 Workforce Stability & Retention Policy
Because we invest heavily in your training, supply you with high-value company leads, and grant access to proprietary corporate accounts, this role falls under our Operational Workforce Retention Policy:
- Minimum Commitment Period: 6 Months.
- Early Breach Provision: Resignation prior to completing the 6-month commitment creates operational and pipeline disruptions. In such cases, a training and recruitment cost recovery penalty ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹75,000 applies, as specified in the formal employment contract.
- Notice Period: A standard 30-day written notice is required for a structured transition, ensuring an orderly handover of active client accounts and samples.
