About Welnez Hygiene

Welnez Hygiene is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq. ft. facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.

Commis

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at Welnez Hygiene Naturopathy Retreat.The candidate will assist in preparing healthy, natural, and vegetarian meals based on naturopathy principles. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in healthy cooking and learning therapeutic food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Senior chefs/Executive chef in food preparation and kitchen operations.
Prepare and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Support the preparation of vegetarian and naturopathy-based dishes.
Follow recipes and instructions from the Chef de Partie / Head Chef.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

Must have

Strong knowledge of cooking and kitchen operations.
Interest in vegetarian and healthy cuisine.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Qualifications

Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Food Production preferred.
Minimum 1 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
