Position Summary
CDFC Hospital is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business growth initiatives, strengthen referral networks, and expand patient outreach programs. The ideal candidate will drive strategic partnerships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, insurance providers, and community healthcare organizations to increase awareness and patient acquisition for diabetic foot care and related specialties.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve organizational growth targets.
Identify new market opportunities and expand referral networks across Tamil Nadu and surrounding regions.
Generate leads through hospitals, clinics, general practitioners, diabetologists, podiatrists, and healthcare institutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, NGOs, and insurance companies.
Maintain long-term engagement with referral partners and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Coordinate with internal medical and administrative teams to support partnership activities.
Marketing & Outreach
Organize awareness programs, medical camps, CME activities, and promotional events.
Support digital and offline marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
Represent CDFC Hospital at healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and community programs.
Team Coordination
Supervise and guide sales executives or marketing coordinators.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to improve team effectiveness.
Ensure proper reporting and tracking of sales activities through CRM or reporting systems.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Provide strategic recommendations to management based on market insights.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management preferred.
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, or medical business development.
Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare referral systems.
