Job Summary
Reventus Services is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
* Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
* Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management.
* Act as the primary point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders.
Administrative Management
* Maintain confidential records, files, and business documents.
* Prepare presentations, reports, letters, and business correspondence.
* Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
* Track action items and follow up on pending tasks.
Coordination & Communication
* Liaise with clients, vendors, partners, and employees professionally.
* Coordinate business events, meetings, and executive engagements.
* Assist in managing business communications and follow-ups.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and administrative activities when required.
Travel & Event Management
* Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.
* Support planning and coordination of corporate events and meetings.
* Ensure smooth logistics and scheduling for executive activities.
Confidentiality & Compliance
* Handle sensitive business information with utmost confidentiality.
* Maintain professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
* Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
* Prior experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator preferred.

Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and overall fitment for the role.
Work Model
Hybrid work model with a combination of remote and on-site responsibilities, based on business requirements.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
