Job Title: Event Coordinator (Graphic Design & Canva) - Manufacturing B2B

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (Gross)

Job Description

We are a well-established B2B Manufacturing Company looking for an experienced Event Coordinator with strong Canva and Graphic Design skills to join our Marketing team.

This is a unique role that combines Event Management with Creative Design for all company events and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end planning and execution of B2B events such as trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, dealer meets, customer meets, and corporate conferences.
Handling complete event logistics – venue, vendors, budget, invitations, registrations, and on-site management.
Designing all event collaterals using Canva – banners, backdrops, standees, invitations, brochures, posters, emailers, and social media creatives.
Maintaining brand consistency across all event materials.
Coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Production, Leadership) and external vendors.
Managing pre & post-event activities including feedback and ROI reporting.
Creating high-quality visual content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and presentations.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in Event Coordination + Graphic Design.
Strong expertise in Canva is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Graphic Design principles (typography, layout, branding).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
Experience in B2B Manufacturing / Industrial sector will be a big advantage.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or equivalent.
