We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Fulfillment Data team. This role sits at the intersection of analytics and data engineering, focusing on transforming complex data into trusted insights through scalable, production-grade pipelines and user-friendly data products, all to enhance our manufacturing process and drive significant business outcomes through effective communication.
What You Will Do
Be immersed in a product team (e.g., Product Manager, Data Engineers) where you will collaborate with stakeholders and build data products, and continually bring forward ideas and insights to drive value for our customers.
Perform data exploration, visualization, and dashboarding. Identify critical trends and drivers, conduct in-depth exploratory data analyses, and create self-service views to foster understanding and empower stakeholders across the organization, influencing key business decisions through clear and compelling communication of findings.
Data Analysis and Modeling. Help create a source of truth for our business and product metrics through the development of a semantic layer.
Collaborating in a fast-paced, agile environment that focuses on delivering customer value early and often.
Act as a Value-driven impact partner for key business stakeholders, influencing strategy and growth opportunities across the company through strong presentation and communication skills.
Drive analytical excellence by contributing to best-in-class analytics that serve the wider business, and effectively communicating complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences.
Your Qualifications

Passionate about data and technology. You are an expert in SQL and have deep experience with data presentation/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. You have experience with building in DBT and storing code in GIT.
Inquisitive by nature. You are comfortable with exploratory analysis and statistical techniques and are driven to find meaningful patterns and trends in the data.
A resourceful and driven problem solver. You enjoy and have demonstrated the ability to tackle complex problems, draw inferences from data, and use your analysis skills and eye for business to identify solutions. You have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver on projects supporting multiple business partners effectively.
Team-minded and versatile. You have experience and an interest in partnering with cross-functional team members who bring diverse perspectives. You are open to creative approaches to solving problems. You are comfortable working directly with stakeholders to understand their needs.
Experienced. 4+ years in analytics with experience in a retail or manufacturing environment preferred, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
