We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with 4–7 years of experience in test automation, QA strategy, and quality engineering for enterprise platforms.
You’ll lead efforts to define, implement, and optimize QA frameworks for XenonStack’s Agentic AI, Vision AI, and Cloud-native platforms — ensuring products meet the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, security, and compliance.
This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about test automation, quality at scale, and building robust AI-driven products for global enterprises.
Must-Have
4–7 years in QA, test automation, or quality engineering.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Hands-on with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit).
Solid understanding of API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices testing.
Good-to-Have
Exposure to AI/ML system testing (data validation, model accuracy, bias testing).
Experience with containerized testing (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of compliance/security testing frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
Background in BFSI, GRC, or large-scale enterprise systems.
