Position: Ecommerce Coordinator

Role OverviewKey Responsibilities
- Manage daily ecommerce operations across platforms like Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
- Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing updates, and inventory synchronization.
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, warehouse, marketing, content, and dispatch.
- Monitor stock availability, order processing, returns, cancellations, and dispatch timelines.
- Ensure product information, descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and updated.
- Track marketplace performance, sales reports, and operational MIS.
- Handle backend operations of ecommerce portals and maintain smooth workflow.
- Coordinate for campaign uploads, banners, offers, and seasonal launches.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and operational records.
- Resolve operational issues with marketplaces and coordinate with support teams when required.
- Ensure timely execution and accountability for assigned tasks.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office & Google Sheets
- Strong Excel skills including formulas, VLOOKUP, filters, reports, and data management
- Hands-on experience with Shopify backend
- Good knowledge of marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Experience in listing handling and catalog management
- Understanding of ecommerce operations, order flow, and inventory management
- Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven approach
- Problem-solving mindset with accountability
- Ability to work independently and in team coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion/apparel ecommerce industry preferred
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and marketplace campaigns is an advantage
- Experience with barcode/SKU management and product data handling preferred
