Full job description

Handle complete procurement and purchase operations for construction projects.
Source and negotiate with vendors for construction materials, machinery, equipment, and services.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Compare quotations and finalize cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Ensure timely availability of materials at project sites.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store/site teams.
Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports.
Control purchase budgets and reduce overall procurement costs.
Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.
Lead and manage the purchase department team.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction materials and vendor management.
Good negotiation and cost control skills.
Experience in ERP/software for procurement management.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to handle multiple project purchases simultaneously.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
