TAX - ITTS - Transfer Pricing :

We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Developed expertise in preparing comprehensive transfer pricing documentation reports aligned with current regulations. Skilled in identifying international transactions and computing arm’s length prices using appropriate methods and documentation techniques. Proficient in conducting benchmarking studies and economic analysis for multinational clients, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations. Experienced in preparing technical submissions for tax assessments and representing client cases before tax authorities at the appellate level. Well-versed in the intricacies of evolving transfer pricing laws in India and adept at leveraging Indian and foreign databases for comparability analysis.
