Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of lead Consultant Salesforce Developer- Agent Force In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing solutions using Data Cloud and Salesforce OMS primarily. Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Agentforce and hands on development experience of Data Cloud. Responsibilities: - Agentforce Development: - Design develop and deploy Agentforce agents to automate tasks and improve customer service efficiency. - Experience in writing complex and multi-step Prompt Builder steps and flows - Implement complex Agentforce orchestration flows to automate multi-step processes. - Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud OMS Service Cloud Experience Cloud and other relevant systems both internal Salesforce systems and external platforms - Train and support users on Agentforce best practices. - Optimize Agentforce agents for performance and scalability. - Monitor Agentforce agents for errors and performance issues and implement corrective actions.
