Role description
Role Purpose: Act as a subject matter expert for a specific fibre related technology domain and support development of solution for customers Key Accountabilities: B.Tech with 8-10 years of experience in developing solutions for fiber and related technologies Preferred Experience and Qualification:
Provide technology support to develop solutions for client requirement
Work with the sales and pre-sales team to showcase the organizational capabilities in technology to customers
Support in the respective subject matter expertise in preparing Customer Requirement Analysis, Preparing High level architecture and Solution Building blocks, shortlisting Compliant OEMs for techno-commercial analysis
Build OEM Relationships and create in depth analysis / evaluation of various OEM offerings according to set benchmarks
Research new and emerging solutions around the subject matter areas
Skills
- Experience in designing AI applications and knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proven ability to lead and manage AIML projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential
- Experience with ethical AI practices and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Tinkering mindset, ability to find solutions in complex situations to satisfy business needs, and ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Rigorous understanding of the fundamentals of Statistics, Classical Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
- Experience with data tools and data pipelines
- Experience working on both local machines and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and preferably GCP
- Experience putting models into production
- Experience of CI/CD guidelines and associated tools such as Jenkins, GitLab or CircleCI is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience of containerization technologies and microservices architecture is a plus but not mandatory.
Other details
- Driven by innovation, design, plan and implement Data & (Gen)AI architectures including the associated roadmaps, where you work together with Enterprise Architects and Senior Management up to C-Level on the customer side
- Design and set up experiments for collecting, labeling, analyzing data of different kinds of events from fiber based sensor solutions i.e. establish and lead data engineering practices and pipelines.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data-gathering techniques
- Develop automation methods for faster labeling of collected data Create architectural approaches for AI software and hardware integration
- Define AI solution objectives and ensure alignment with business outcomes
- Implement best practices for AI testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Develop Machine Learning and Deep Learning methods for event detection and classification
- Develop efficient frameworks for training and evaluating the event detection/classification models
- Track the innovations in AI/ML technologies and algorithms/processing/computation and its implementation to develop next-generation fiber sensing solution
- Review and Optimize existing code/algorithm
- Create systematic plans to run the experiments to fine-tune the event detection/classification models
- Plan the tasks and provide estimates and timelines
- Support marketing/sales team with application notes, white papers and presentations
- Contribute to simulation model development and data analysis of various sensor solutions
- Central point of contact, engineer and maintain external consultant work packages.
- Central point of contact, design and plan software architecture, testing and reliability criteria for on-edge and cloud-based software.
