Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Design Projects

Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience: 1–3 years
Employment Type: Full‑time, On‑site
Salary Range: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month

Role Overview

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll bridge the gap between the design team and construction crew. You’ll ensure that interior design concepts are executed accurately, safely, and on schedule, while beginning to develop key leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Supervision

· Oversee day-to-day activities on interior fit-out and decoration sites, ensuring work aligns with drawings and design specifications.

· Coordinate subcontractors, laborers, vendors, and designers for seamless execution.

· Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control over materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.

· Enforce safety protocols (PPE usage, clean site practices, compliance with regulations)

Project Coordination & Communication

· Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and design teams—providing updates on progress, delays, and variances.

· Assist in the selection and inspection of materials, finishes, textiles, lighting, and furniture.

· Manage project resources: track material deliveries, manage inventory, and flag shortages.

Timeline & Budget Management

· Monitor site progress against schedule; help identify risks and recommend corrective actions.

· Support the project team in keeping budgets on track; report potential overruns early.

Problem-solving & Reporting

· Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues—whether design adjustments or contractor conflicts.

· Maintain accurate daily logs, inspection reports, and documentation of changes or delays.

Required Qualifications

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Freshers are welcome.

· 1–3 years of experience in interior design, fit-outs, or construction supervision with strong familiarity with site work.

Technical Skills

Ability to read and interpret design drawings, AutoCAD/3D models, technical plans.
Basic knowledge of interior trades: carpentry, lighting installation, plumbing, furniture fit-out, finishes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
