Work you’ll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Art on the Pursuit Management team, you will be responsible for:
- Play a lead role in advancing content strategy within the Pursuit Management organization.
- Participate in the design, curation, and optimization of pursuit content—including templates and AI-enhanced proposal drafts—while integrating advanced technologies.
- Drive innovation and efficiency in content management processes and workflows.
- Support the organization, curation, and accessibility of content through categorization, tagging, taxonomy, and version control.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to enhance proposal content relevance, consistency, and impact.
The team
Based in the US, India and Costa Rica, this team is a full-service group of pursuit managers, graphic designers, editors, project managers, multimedia specialists, and researchers who directly support US-based client service teams in differentiating Deloitte and winning more business. We deliver support throughout the proposal process, from scoping meetings and written proposal submission through orals preparation and debriefing. This includes developing strategic win themes and written, oral, and visual messaging used consistently in all prospect interactions and pursuit deliverables, as well as facilitating a smooth, rigorous pursuit process.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 6-8 years of post-Master’s degree experience.
- Experience with content strategy, curation, and management.
- Understanding of digital content and technologies including artificial intelligence, automation, and analytics tools.
- Experience in business development and presales activities such as request for proposal responses, request for information responses, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Expertise in prompt engineering concepts and best practices.
Preferred:
- Certification in prompt engineering such as Prompt Engineering for GenAI or OpenAI Prompt Engineering.
