Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Active Directory Administrator to manage and support large-scale enterprise Active Directory environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AD administration, replication, DNS, Group Policy, security, PowerShell automation, incident management, and infrastructure governance.
Candidates will be aligned to Lead (B3) or Sr. Lead (C1) levels based on technical depth, architecture exposure, leadership capability, and interview performance.
Must-Have Skills
- 6–15 years of experience in Active Directory Administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise Active Directory infrastructure.
- Manage AD replication, authentication, DNS, and Group Policy services.
- Lead troubleshooting for complex AD-related issues and outages.
- Perform health checks, operational maintenance, and service improvements.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation solutions.
- Collaborate with Security, Windows, VMware, Network, and Application teams.
- Lead or support major incident bridges and problem management activities.
- Maintain governance, standards, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Mentor team members and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Support architecture, modernization, security, and automation initiatives based on role level.

Domain Experience
Experience supporting enterprise environments in BFSI, Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, or Technology sectors is preferred.
Pay: ₹850,172.08 - ₹2,563,998.44 per year
