The Role

As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.
Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.
As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Your contributions will have a significant impact on our products' success, and you will be part of a team that is passionate about innovation, creativity, and excellence. Required Technical and Professional Experience
• Working with ServiceNow for at least 5 years, developing, configuring, testing, deploying and maintaining ServiceNow.
• Working with Request Management / Request Fulfilment / Service Catalog management
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certificate
• Significant experience in building and improving complex API’s .
• ServiceNow certification (CIS-ITSM and Service Portal), ITIL is a pre.
• Experience with one of the ServiceNow applications: ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM).
• Experienced in Agile and DevOps Way of Working.
• Basic knowledge of Javascript .
- Experience with scripting languages and familiarity with API integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for automation and technology innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure.
ServiceNow Request Fulfilment is a young team specializing in the automation and orchestration of IT4IT products and services such as the ordering, managing and removal of Azure & On-premise Infrastructure as well as various Application, Network & Security tooling. Currently managing over 100 catalogue items with various levels of automation offered to DevOps teams via the Service Portal.
The ServiceNow Request Fulfilment team is part of the ‘ Grid ’ Service Integration & Orchestration and in total the re are about 10 teams consisting of ~8 members who are actively involved with making our ServiceNow instance the best in the world . We do this by working closely with our stakeholders and thinking in their and their users' interests .
