Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have predominantly project management skills with technical background implementing banking software applications, preferably within a cloud deployment environment. They will also have a good understanding of the fund management and/or front-office terminology and operations.

The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019.

What you will be responsible for
As Project manager you will:
Assist, from a planning standpoint, in the implementation of a sophisticated trade order management and compliance monitoring systems to the fund management industry
Plan, track and report on the deployment of infrastructure for a SaaS solution as a new region
Plan the delivery of a BAU team to support Client Onboarding & conversion projects, SaaS Upgrade & Deployment
Resource planning
Program Management for the region projects and SaaS conversions
Track Billing and Invoicing
Solution impediments with stakeholders, drive program progress, escalate risks, issues and solutions. Implement changes as necessary and interventions to achieve program goals.
Provide feedback to internal team regarding progress.
Manage preparation for sub-stream governance meetings including project plan consolidation and materials preparations.
Perform internal communications using multiple communication channels.
Perform financial management oversight of sub-streams to enable achievement of integration financial goals and synergies.

Exposure to working in financial services; front- or middle-office, or fund management business areas ideal
Experience dealing with users or clients from either a technical or business area.
Knowledge on create and draft SoW, Compliance and project SDLC audit framework
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 12-15 years’ financial services experience including project/program management experience.
PMP Certification and/or consulting experience a plus.

Assisting with the creation of project plans
Reporting status of tasks to State Street and CRD client’s project management, including updated target completion dates, issues and risks
Completion of all due diligence requirements as may be identified by State Street for this engagement
Excellent presentation skills and able to create & maintain project management artifacts i.e. Change Management, SoW, Scope document, RAID log, RACI Matrix, Risk registry etc.
Good experience on MS project plan, MS Visio, Confluence and JIRA
