Your Role
As an Associate General Manager at StayVista, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by engaging with guests who have already booked with us and offering them exclusive, curated StayVista experiences. You’ll build and nurture strong client relationships, understand their event and accommodation needs, and provide personalized solutions that elevate their stay. Beyond sales, you’ll craft compelling proposals, negotiate profitable deals, and maintain accurate records to support strategic growth. If you’re passionate about hospitality, client engagement, and delivering memorable experiences, this role is for you.
About You

In-depth understanding of the events industry/Travel industry, including familiarity with event planning, conferences, exhibitions, and related services. Knowledge of the hospitality sector and accommodation booking processes is highly desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Proactive and self-driven individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a goal-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel occasionally for Stayvista events, and conferences.

8-10 years of relevant sales experience in the events or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Bachelors in Hospitality Management or similar role.

This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

Proven expertise in handling premium clientele, MICE events, or high-end hospitality sales.
