We are seeking a mid-level Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant specializing in Benefits and Compensation to join our global HCM delivery team. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules related to Benefits and Compensation while ensuring alignment with client HR policies, compliance requirements, and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end configuration, testing, and production support within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.

Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Benefits and Compensation modules in line with client requirements.

Set up and manage Benefit Plans, Program Structures, Plan Types, Eligibility Profiles, Derived Factors, Rates, and Coverage Levels.

Configure and test Life Event rules, enrollment windows, and employee self-service functionality.

Support Annual Enrollment and Open Enrollment cycles, ensuring smooth execution and accurate results.

Configure Compensation Modules, including Workforce Compensation, Salary Basis, Grade/Ladders, and Component Configuration.

Design and maintain Compensation Cycles for Merit, Bonus, and Stock plans.

Integrate Benefits and Compensation with Core HR, Payroll, and Absence modules.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver functional design documentation (FDs) and configuration workbooks.

Execute and document unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Support quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing and assess impact on existing configurations.

Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide production support within SLAs.

Collaborate with technical teams for inbound/outbound integrations, BI/OTBI reports, and HCM Extracts.

4–7 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits and/or Compensation.

Strong understanding of Benefits setup and configuration, including:

Benefit Programs, Plan Types, and Plans

Derived Factors and Eligibility Profiles

Rates, Coverage Levels, and Enrollment Rules

Life Events and Defaults

Proven experience in Compensation module configuration, including:

Salary Basis and Grade/Ladder setup

Workforce Compensation Cycles (Merit, Bonus, Stock)

Budgeting and Worksheet Configuration

Familiarity with Fast Formulas (Eligibility, Rates, Derived Factors, Compensation).

Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL).

Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot configuration and data issues.

Good understanding of Core HR, Payroll, and Absence interactions with Benefits and Compensation.

Excellent communication and documentation skills for client and team collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any equivalent.

MBA in HR or equivalent.

Oracle Certification in Fusion HCM Benefits or Compensation.

Experience with Open Enrollment testing and Benefits communications.

Exposure to global/local benefits configurations (US, UK, EMEA, or APAC).

Working knowledge of Role-Based Security and data access controls in HCM.

Experience with Journeys, HCM Design Studio, and Redwood Experience.

Work on end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and support projects.
