Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence for industrial machinery products.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Act as a key point of contact for client communication and negotiation.
3. Technical Sales Support
- Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate machinery or system solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams for solution customization.
4. Project Coordination
- Follow up from inquiry to order closure and ensure smooth execution.
- Support installation, commissioning, and after-sales service coordination.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Market Intelligence
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide insights to management for product development and pricing strategies.
6. Negotiation & Order Closure
- Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts.
- Ensure profitability and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) – Preferred
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial machinery sales / technical sales
- Experience in handling B2B clients, OEMs, or project-based sales
