The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Executor who can take our comprehensive GTM strategy and bring it to life through disciplined daily execution. You won't be managing a team or big budgets - you'll be in the trenches: writing content, posting on social media, setting up automation, optimizing conversions, and making every dollar count.
You'll own: Product-led growth mechanics, conversion optimization, marketing automation, content creation, and channel execution - all while staying under a shoestring budget.

What You'll Do (80% Hands-On Execution)Daily Execution (Your Core Rhythm)
Morning Routine (1 hour)
- Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts for founder’s review. Engage authentically on 10+ LinkedIn posts (comments, shares). Draft 3 tweets for X/Twitter. Monitor analytics and respond to inquiries.
Midday Focus (2-3 hours)
- Write and edit SEO-optimized blog content (500-1,000 words/day). Build and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels. Set up and refine marketing automation workflows. Analyze data and run optimization experiments.
Afternoon Outreach (1 hour)
- Pitch guest posts, outreach podcasts, and partnerships. Engage on Reddit, Twitter, and niche communities. Update project tracking and prioritize next-day tasks.
Weekly Ownership
- Publish 2-3 SEO-optimized blog posts weekly.
- Build and optimize drip campaigns and send a weekly newsletter.
- Design and implement free tools (AI Visibility Checker), optimize onboarding flows, and improve trial-to-paid conversion.
- A/B test landing pages, CTAs, email sequences, and monitor funnel metrics.
- Build workflows in Mailchimp/HubSpot, automate lead scoring, and set up retargeting.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and adjust tactics based on data.
Strategic Initiatives (Monthly)
- Launch and iterate on tools to drive signups
- Plan and execute webinars (monthly educational sessions)
- Create lead magnets and gated content (e.g., "Complete AEO Playbook")
- Develop case studies as customers come onboard
- Identify and test new growth channels within budget constraints
Non-Negotiable Skills (Must-Haves)1. Marketing Automation & Tech Stack Mastery
- Expert with tools like HubSpot CRM, Mailchimp, Buffer, Zapier, Google Analytics
- Can independently set up and optimize email workflows, lead scoring, automated sequences
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Bonus: Experience with product analytics, onboarding tools, PLG tech stacks
2. SEO & Content Marketing Expertise
- Proven ability to write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog content (portfolio required)
- Deep understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, link building
- Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Google Search Console
- Can independently produce 2-3 publication-ready articles weekly
- Understanding of content distribution and amplification strategies
3. LinkedIn Thought Leadership & Social Media
- Experience ghostwriting for executives on LinkedIn (samples required)
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithm, engagement tactics, community building
- Can create compelling social content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit
- Comfortable with daily posting cadence and authentic community engagement
- Ability to translate long-form content into social snippets
Strong Preferences (Nice-to-Haves)
- B2B SaaS marketing experience (ideally selling to marketers/SEO professionals)
- Product-led growth (PLG) experience with freemium models and trial optimization
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO) - A/B testing, funnel analysis, landing page optimization
- Community building - Slack/Discord community management experience
- Video/YouTube content creation and editing skills
- Design chops - Canva proficiency for creating social graphics, infographics
- Early-stage startup experience - comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats

How You'll Work With the Founder
The founder remains the face of the brand and LinkedIn thought leader but needs you to:
- Draft content for review: You write LinkedIn posts, articles, scripts - founder reviews and adds personal touch
- Execute the strategy: You own day-to-day tactics while founder focuses on product and strategic direction
- Bring ideas: You have freedom to test new channels and tactics within budget
- Report progress: Weekly sync on metrics, wins, challenges, and optimizations
- Collaborate during overlap hours: 4-5 hours/day alignment for real-time questions and approvals
