Manage and oversee canteen operations, employee transportation, security services, housekeeping, gardening, and other facility management activities.

Ensure smooth functioning of office administration activities including stationery, courier, telephone, AMC coordination, office supplies, and vendor management.

Coordinate facility maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of infrastructure and workplace-related issues.

Process and monitor vendor invoices, service contracts, and related payments.

Manage visitor management systems, gate control processes, and administrative records.

Coordinate annual health check-ups, employee mediclaim activities, and other welfare-related services.

Ensure availability, upkeep, and efficient utilization of plant facilities to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Support implementation of EHS guidelines and ensure adherence to safety, security, housekeeping, and environmental standards.

Promote safe working practices and support initiatives aimed at achieving zero accidents.

Coordinate safety-related administrative requirements and support internal and external compliance audits.

Maintain records and documentation related to administration, contractor compliance, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate deployment of contract labour based on operational requirements.

Monitor contractor attendance, compliance documentation, manpower records, and billing processes.

Ensure adherence to contractor compliance requirements and support contractor audits.

Coordinate induction training and maintain records for contract labour, apprentices, and NAPS trainees.

Monitor attendance and documentation of apprentices and other temporary manpower.

Coordinate employee welfare initiatives, engagement activities, and workplace well-being programs.

Support organization of health camps, awareness sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.

Manage employee identity card issuance and related administrative support.

Maintain records related to long service awards, employee recognition programs, and welfare activities.

Maintain administrative records, registers, contracts, and documentation.

Prepare periodic administration MIS and reports for management review.

Maintain training records and other administration-related databases.

Support audits by ensuring availability and accuracy of required documentation and records.

Support attendance administration and employee data updates in HR systems.

Assist in onboarding, separation documentation, and issuance of employee-related letters.

Provide administrative support for payroll inputs and employee record maintenance.

Coordinate routine employee queries and support implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Support Plant HR Head in employee welfare initiatives, contractor management, statutory compliance, and basic Industrial Relations activities.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records and documentation.

Strong administration and facility management experience.

Basic knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, statutory compliance, and Industrial Relations practices.

Understanding of contract labour management and contractor compliance requirements.

Familiarity with plant safety, security, and workplace administration processes.

Strong vendor management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting systems.
