Job Title: Senior Motion Graphics Designer + AI

Location: Marol, Mumbai.
Experience: 4–7 Years

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Senior Motion Graphics Designer with expertise in AI-powered creative tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, video content, and AI-assisted visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and performance marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms.
Develop compelling visual storytelling concepts for marketing campaigns and brand communication.
Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and similar platforms to enhance creative output and production efficiency.
Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to create engaging video creatives for social media, paid advertising, and website campaigns.
Design and animate product explainers, promotional videos, reels, and performance marketing creatives.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and implement innovative creative solutions.
Edit and optimize videos for multiple platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and websites.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual and motion design assets.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, or Video Design.
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Sora, or equivalent platforms.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, and animation principles.
Experience creating social media creatives, performance marketing ads, and branded content.
Ability to conceptualize ideas independently and transform them into engaging visual content.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agency is must
Knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
Experience with video production workflows and AI-generated content pipelines.
Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and AI-assisted creative work.
