Job Summary:-
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Boy Management Intern to assist with the daily operations and maintenance of our studio. This internship offers hands-on experience in studio management, housekeeping, and coordination with creative professionals, including fashion stylists.
An office housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment. Their daily duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting workstations, sanitizing washrooms, and restocking office supplies. They play a vital role in upholding hygiene standards and ensuring a comfortable, professional atmosphere for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:-
- - Studio Maintenance:
- - Assist with studio setup and teardown for shoots, events, and meetings.
- - Manage and maintain studio equipment, props, and inventory.
- - Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Daily Cleaning: Sweep, vacuum, and mop office floors, hallways, and stairwells.
- Workspace Maintenance: Dust and wipe down desks, office cabins, conference tables, and glass partitions.
- Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and disinfect washrooms, ensuring they are consistently stocked with soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Pantry/Breakroom Duties: Clean kitchen surfaces, wipe down appliances, empty trash bins, and wash dishware if required.
- Waste Management: Empty all desk and common area trash cans and recycling bins throughout the day.
- Supply Management: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning agents, toiletries, and pantry consumables, alerting management when items need to be ordered.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and promptly report any facility damage, plumbing issues, or maintenance requirements to management.
- Experience: Proven track record in a professional cleaning or commercial housekeeping role.
- Attention to Detail: High standard of cleanliness and organization with an eye for spotting areas that need immediate attention.
- Time Management: Ability to complete scheduled tasks efficiently without requiring constant supervision.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for long periods, bending, and lifting moderate weights (e.g., trash bags, supply boxes).
- Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and capable of maintaining a polite, respectful demeanor around office staff and clients.
Housekeeping:-
- - Clean and sanitize studios, offices, and common areas.
- - Restock supplies, amenities, and consumables.
- - Empty trash and recyclables, and maintain waste management systems.
Coordination with Fashion Stylists:-
- - Assist fashion stylists in sourcing, organizing, and managing clothing and accessories for shoots.
- - Ensure timely delivery and pickup of fashion items, coordinating with stylists and external partners.
- - Collaborate with stylists to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Administrative Support: -
- - Assist with scheduling, logistics, and communication for studio bookings and events.
- - Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Team Collaboration: -
- - Work closely with studio staff, photographers, stylists, and other creative professionals to ensure smooth operations.
- - Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and clients.
Requirements:-
- - Currently enrolled in a degree program or recently graduated.
- - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- - Basic knowledge of studio operations and equipment (or willingness to learn).
- - Ability to lift and move equipment, props, and cleaning supplies.
- - Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- - Familiarity with fashion trends and styling concepts (or willingness to learn).
Preferred Skills: -
