Senior Solution Architect – Job Marketplace Platform Experience Required
- 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in Software Architecture, Enterprise Application Design, Cloud Platforms, Database Architecture, and AI-driven solutions.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering scalable web and mobile applications with high availability and performance.
- Strong expertise in modern technology stacks, system integration, cybersecurity, DevOps practices, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with product-based platforms, marketplace applications, or large-scale digital platforms is preferred.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to define and drive the technology vision, architecture strategy, and implementation roadmap for a scalable Job Marketplace Platform.
The role requires strong technical leadership across application architecture, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, AI capabilities, and engineering best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Design and define end-to-end architecture for a scalable, secure, and high-performance Job Marketplace platform.
- Define technology stack, architecture patterns, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Develop architecture strategies covering:
- Scalability
- Reliability
- Security
- Performance
- Disaster Recovery
- High Availability
- Review technical designs, development deliverables, and provide architectural guidance to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Technology & Platform Architecture
Provide technical expertise across:
Frontend Technologies
- React.js, Next.js, Angular, and modern UI frameworks
Backend Technologies
- .NET, Node.js, Java, Python, REST APIs, Microservices architecture
Database & Data Platforms
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Data modelling, indexing, query optimization, and database scaling strategies
Cloud & DevOps
- AWS / Azure / GCP cloud architecture
- Containerization, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code
- Monitoring, logging, and operational excellence practices
AI & Intelligent Platform Innovation
Identify and architect AI-driven capabilities across the platform, including:
- AI-powered Job Matching Engine
- Resume Parsing and Candidate Profiling
- Candidate Ranking and Recommendation Systems
- Skill Gap Analysis
- AI-based Talent Insights and Analytics
- AI Chat Assistant and Conversational Interfaces
- Intelligent Search and Personalization Features
Work closely with AI/ML teams to define solution approaches, data requirements, and implementation strategies.
Database, Performance & Reliability Engineering
- Design scalable database architecture and data management strategies.
- Define data models, API integration patterns, and optimization frameworks.
- Improve platform performance through:
- Caching strategies
- Load optimization
- Database tuning
- Application performance monitoring
- Establish best practices for reliability, security, and operational readiness.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud-native application architecture.
- Strong understanding of API design, microservices, distributed systems, and security frameworks.
- Ability to evaluate technology choices and recommend scalable solutions.

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and technical expertise)
