Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Field Sales Executive who enjoys meeting customers, generating leads, and converting opportunities into business.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting clients, understanding their requirements, promoting UPS and power backup solutions, preparing quotations, following up for orders, coordinating internally for execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Freshers with strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and the right attitude are welcome to apply. Full product and sales process training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential customers for UPS and power backup solutions.
- Visit prospective clients regularly and generate new business opportunities.
- Promote company products and solutions to customers based on their requirements.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders through regular follow-up and persuasive communication.
2. Customer Visits and Relationship Management
- Meet key decision-makers, purchase teams, technical teams, and business owners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer pain points and coordinate with the internal team to offer the right solution.
- Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after sales.
3. Quotation and Sales Follow-Up
- Prepare and send quotations to customers in coordination with the backend team.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate professionally where required.
- Maintain records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Update the sales funnel and lead tracking sheets regularly.
4. Order Execution Coordination
- Coordinate with the Backend Sales & Operations Coordinator for smooth order processing.
- Provide complete customer details, product requirements, billing information, and delivery instructions.
- Assist in documentation related to orders, purchase orders, tenders, billing, and payment collection.
- Stay involved until the order is successfully delivered, installed, and closed.
5. Payment Follow-Up
- Follow up with customers for timely payment realization.
- Maintain payment status updates and coordinate with the accounts/backend team.
- Escalate delayed payments when required.
- Ensure proper communication with customers regarding pending dues.
6. Internal Reporting and Process Discipline
- Update daily visits, follow-ups, leads, quotations, and sales status in the company’s reporting format.
- Maintain discipline in using Excel/Google Sheets, funnel sheets, and internal tracking systems.
- Share market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements with the management.
- Attend regular sales review meetings and provide clear updates on pending opportunities.
Requirements
Education
- Graduation Degree or Diploma is required.
- Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in ECE, EEE, Electrical, Electronics, or ITI background will be given preference.
Experience
- Freshers may apply.
- Prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, technical sales, electrical/electronics products, UPS, batteries, inverters, power backup, IT hardware, or industrial products will be preferred.
- A promising fresher with strong communication skills, confidence, and willingness to learn will also be considered.
Skills Required
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence to meet customers and present products.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and MS Word.
- Ability to follow up consistently and maintain proper records.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and customers.
- Willingness to travel locally and other North Eastern States when required.
Languages
- Must know Hindi, Assamese, and English.

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
